If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. Please inform us prior to the refund if your original payment method is no longer valid. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.Īll refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if this payment method is no longer valid, we are able to issue an in-store credit for the refund amount.
